- Primero. Reconocer a la Comisión de Seguimiento de la Sentencia T-760/08 y de Reforma Estructural del Sistema de Salud y Seguridad Social -CSR-, como Grupo de Seguimiento del cumplimiento de las órdenes impartidas en la sentencia T-760 de 2008.
- Segundo. Remitir copia del presente Auto, a través de la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, a la Comisión de Seguimiento de la Sentencia T-760/08 y de Reforma Estructural del Sistema de Salud y Seguridad Social -CSR- para que, en el término de tres (3) días, contados a partir del recibo de esta comunicación, se indique el nombre de la persona que liderará las intervenciones ante esta Sala.
